The Return to Embodiment Podcast
Lisa Clark on the pedagogy of embodiment as a creative process of wonderment, moving us from the studio into the world.
As a student of Bonnie Cohen & Body-Mind Centering™ since the 1980’s, Lisa Clark describes embodiment as a creative practice of wonderment. It begins in subtle movements, incubated with patient curiosity, and expands to engage the myriad relationships within and beyond the body. This lemniscape of self, other, and the broader world apply within and beyond the studio.
The principles and techniques learned in our workshops, immersions, and classes can be used for personal development and for professional enhancement. We recommended it for anyone interested in movement, yoga, somatic studies, and other body-mind disciplines. No prior experience with Body-Mind Centering® is necessary.
